The past 3 days have been a weird one. As you know I record the official results to BSP and you’ll see the difference between taking an earlier price and BSP for my results on the 28th with Wirral Girl 8.44 BSP and Cry Wolf 6.51 BSP. Both horses were backed earlier in the day for – Wirral Girl 28.14 and Cry Wolf 17.50.
This would have resulted in an extra 29 points profit for members and I know alot of you got the bigger prices too.
Saying that results over the past 3 days have still been OK. +9.70 Points to Betfair SP taking into consideration their 5% commission too for beginners.
November 23rd – 25th results are as follows.
- Selections: 15
- Winners: 4
- Strike Rate: 26.66%
- Points Profit/Loss: +9.70 (-5% Betfair Commission Included)
====
Your trial running total is +254.57 Points profit in 65 days of betting activity. Remember the results I am recording are to BSP so my own Betfair results on my statements are different as I sometimes/always take a price earlier in the day.
I also took some images from my account. (Click Images For Big Version)

Keep them coming in good on ya
Hi Clarky, will do, make sure you are prepared for Monday, no guarantees for trial members remember, no special treatment. Andy
Hello Andy, I must have missed the email! I have though entered my email address in the website ready for Monday. Is that correct.?
Hi Eric, yes that’s correct you will be ok now. Andy
hi mate made it onto the list for monday cant wait 🙂
Hi Ben, great 🙂 Andy
Just a word on taking early prices. For those who do manage to get a place.
You do need to be aware that even today some bookies do not over BOG prices, and a lot of bookies only offer BOG prices to bets that are placed after 9am day of the race. Obviously it is your personal decision but if you take a 5 and it drifts to 7 even at £5 you miss £10 profit. Every fraction of a point is profit gained or profit lost.
Been betting for too many years to think about, I personally would say take the early price ensuring the bookie gives BOG and you are within their time limit for BOG if they have one.
Hi Mike, good advice thanks for that, the good thing with my service is as you have seen I use Betfair, however, I do know some trial members have used the bookie online and over the counter. Mike is correct double check those BOG, the bookmaker won’t do you any favours if they can get away with it. Andy
On the list mate, winner winner chicken dinner hope the hell i get in next week
Hi Jarvis, good to hear, I have allowed plenty spaces I think however it will be busy on the day. A lot of punters who missed the trial will no doubt be looking to nudge a few trial members out the way. Andy
I’m on your priority list Andy. The price didn’t put me off and who am I to complain with the trial, I have made enough to pay for half my membership, that is if I can beat the rush on the day. I expect you are going to be a busy young man.
Hi Lloyd, good to hear you are on the list. The price shouldn’t put too many punters off, bar the freebie hunters. I expect I will be crazy busy Monday, all good fun though. Andy
To say I have enjoyed your trial Andy is an understatement. My only regret is that I didn’t double my stakes. I understand that it’s best to do this on a monthly basis in relation to where my betting bank percentage stands. THanks again.
Hi Walt, that’s really great to hear. Yes, I wouldn’t worry about the stakes too much you can up them slowly when you are ready, each month is one way you could do this. You could also do them in relation to the betting bank percentage each day. Andy
GOOD LAST FEW DAYS SON BOOKIE SHOP TOMORROW
Hi Mac, having another day out are we lol, let’s hope we can get some decent winning again tomorrow so you can take the cash over the counter. Make sure you get your bets on as early as possible. Andy
Brill, even at BSP Andy the odds range has more than made up for any losses inflicted. Well done in your betting approach.
Hi Tristan, thanks as long as punters are happy that is half the battle. I would have thought most punters are going to place the bets as soon as selections are ready in the member’s area, if this is the case they should usually get the better odds in their favour. Andy
enjoyed this, time monday?
Hi Connor, good to hear thanks. Monday 3rd Dec 9 AM make sure you are on the Priority List, you will find it on the blog if you have yet to sign up. Andy
See you monday Andy really want to join.
Hi Buster hope to see you then as well 🙂 keep checking your inbox. Andy
Andy did you start with a certain amount in your betting bank or did you build up to 20 pound stakes. Want mine at the 20 pound level but with the amount of bets daily i dont want to overstretch my budget at the stage.
Hi Aiden, In the early days yes I started off with lower stakes. Once I was happy in the selection making process, the results, strike rates, odds range I was content to up my stakes. You have to decide what stakes you are willing to lose in any betting situation. Don’t bet anything you are not able to repeat the next day. Slow and steady wins every time. Andy
Missed Wednesday bets damn internet was down all day. Playing up again today hope its right for monday.
Hi Bet Warrior, That is bad news hope you managed to get it fixed. You might want to go to Starbucks Monday and use their wifi just in case. Andy
Strike rate and profit combo 😉
Hi Sonny, I aim to deliver lol, good to see so many happy punters. Andy
smashed it again lad
Hi Lee, cheers. Andy
I take whats offered as soon as I go to place my bets on the day. Worked well for me so far.
Hi Danny, keep doing what suits you. Andy
Hi Andy, it doesn’t take a genius to see, taking the early price is a winner.
Hi Richard, it can go either way but for me why not take it when on offer. Andy
LOOKS IMPRESIVE
Hi Alfred, thank you, be ready Monday. Andy
That is a tough one to take, however I think that at least doing it to BSP leaves no ambiguity. Everybody who has ever used tipping services will know of high odds given but being impossible to get. Then the profits all given to the maximum price with no rule 4 reductions shown. I could spout on so much more on this subject of odds.
Hi Mike, you are correct BSP is the way to go when results are concerned. Andy
Hi Andy
Going forward when membership begins would it be possible using your vast experience of betting with Betfair to give an indication of when you think it might be better to take an early price as opposed to BSP. I know this is tricky but from your recent success with the early prices it could be invaluable to us rookies. Many thanks for your crystal clear tipping and proofing service so far which seems very impressive.Hopefully I will be calling you a legend in 12 months time !!
Hi Andy, I would suggest if the price is there to be taken and the odds are favourable then why not just take them. You could mix it up if the odds were over 10.0 and just go for BSP, I think you should still set some rules whichever you decide. Thanks for the nice comment. Andy
